Background / History

Hua Ye is a former Angel ruler who resurfaces as the leader of the Heavenly Dregs. He seeks to restore the Heavenly Palace era, establish male Angels as the dominant force in the Known Universe, and make himself its sole Angel King. His plans are supported by Ruo Ning and, more significantly, by Death God Karl's technology and calculations. 169 193

He first enters Hua Xia with Ruo Ning and several Heavenly Dregs to confront Liang Bing/Morgana. His overtures toward her are met with hostility, and the confrontation escalates after Super God Academy members kill one Heavenly Dreg and overwhelm two others. 169 170

Mo Xing subsequently traps Hua Ye and Ruo Ning in a Dark Energy Space. Unable to obtain Hua Ye's complete Gene Data, Mo Xing forcibly initiates Gene Reforging; the process causes Hua Ye extreme pain, blackens his wings, and alters portions of his Super Gene. Karl intervenes before Mo Xing can finish him. 171 172

Karl's later analysis finds that the reforging changed Hua Ye's superficial traits rather than his genetic core. His former lust for Angels is initially replaced with disgust, while his personality becomes more irritable, impulsive, and violent. Further damage and attempted restoration leave him with alternating cold and enraged personalities. 175 187 188

Karl enhances Hua Ye with a Black Hole Engine, a Void Martial weapon, and returning Heavenly Dregs soldiers. Armed with this new power, Hua Ye repeatedly clashes with Mo Xing and Angel Yan in the Giant Peak Star System, but Mo Xing traps him in an absolute vacuum and nearly kills him with Final Judgment before Karl rescues him again. 178 183 185 186

After recovering, Hua Ye attacks the Solar System alongside Heavenly Dregs and captured Triangular Bodies. He uses the Black Hole Engine to suppress opponents, manipulate the battlefield, and create an artificial Black Hole intended to force Mo Xing into choosing between his own survival and Earth's destruction. Mo Xing ultimately counters the Black Hole through Anti-Void, allied computing power, and Elemental Collapse, severely damaging Hua Ye's engine. 194 197 198 200 208

Hua Ye later reaches Merlot Heavenly Court and captures Heavenly City, reclaiming the Heavenly Palace. The restored Heavenly Palace can summon a million-strong Heavenly Dregs Army. During the conflict surrounding Morgana's challenge, Ruo Ning is killed, while Hua Ye escapes by opening another artificial Black Hole. 223 234 236 240

Following his upgrade to a Fifth Generation God Body, Hua Ye provokes Kayle, Morgana, Liang Bing, and the Angel Kings. He survives Kayle's Star Spirit Flame only through Karl's intervention, then fights Aatrox to a mutual near-defeat. The resulting Void energy allows a Void Watcher to descend using Hua Ye as an anchor; the being manifests as Void Hua Ye and absorbs Hua Ye completely. 250 251 253 254

Hua Ye is a male Angel distinguished by his wings and increasingly unstable post-reforging appearance. Before Gene Reforging, he possesses pure white wings; afterward, his wings become black-and-white, while his eyes frequently turn scarlet during violent emotional shifts. 172 178 190

Personality

Hua Ye is arrogant, lewd, vindictive, and obsessed with proving himself a “real man.” He treats the restoration of the Heavenly Palace as both a political goal and personal validation, repeatedly declaring that Angels must submit to him. 169 170 194

His humiliation at Mo Xing's hands develops into a fixation on revenge. He is willing to endanger Earth, the Solar System, his own forces, and even himself if doing so might destroy Mo Xing and erase the shame of his defeats. 186 190 197

Mo Xing's forced Gene Reforging destabilizes his temperament.
