He Xi was a First Generation Right Wing Guard during the era of the Three Kings. In the Angel–Demon conflict, she controlled Star Fate in a fifty-year pursuit of Morgana's Demon army; veterans such as A Tuo still fear her from that campaign. 126

She was once romantically involved with Su Mali, a male Angel later regarded as a Heavenly Dreg. After he deceived her, He Xi personally exiled him to Earth; although she still remembers him, she is indifferent to his survival. 21 22

As the Sky Foundation King, He Xi became the technological cornerstone of Angel Civilization.
