On Mount Sagiri, Kurozawa slept like the dead. In his hazy state, he suddenly sneezed without realizing it.
After rubbing his nose in confusion, he turned over and continued sleeping soundly. Every time he finished a Demon Slaying Mission, Kurozawa liked to sleep for nearly twenty-four hours straight. He always felt much more refreshed afterward.

After carelessly splashing some water over his face, Kurozawa made his way to the open yard in front of the house.
Looking up, he saw the sun already hanging high in the sky, radiating brilliant light and heat. It was midsummer now, and from a little past nine in the morning, the sun would begin pouring light and warmth onto the vast earth.
However, Mount Sagiri had mountain winds, and the upper mists refracted and blocked much of the sunlight, making the temperature rather pleasant. Usually, it would not grow hot enough to become irritating until around eleven. Having lived here for many years, Kurozawa knew Mount Sagiri's seasonal changes extremely well.
With his current physique, he could no longer feel the heat of summer. Perhaps only temperatures above a hundred degrees would make him uncomfortable.
Even staring directly at the sun caused his eyes no discomfort.
