As previously mentioned, dueling had once been his emotional pillar.
He had been an orphan as a child, and he and Druwa had come from the same Orphanage. During those muddled, aimless years, dueling had been what saved them. Duel Monsters had been the only interesting thing they found in life as children. The joy of dueling and their love for Duel Monsters had supported them through it all and carried them to this day.
But thinking about it now, if they had encountered a duelist like the Yellow-robed Demon when they had first gotten into Duel Monsters as children, they probably would have immediately lost all passion for dueling, burst into tears, and never touched a card again.
This guy was simply a monster.
Gosh had always believed dueling was the happiest thing in life. Win or lose, he could always find joy in it. But today...

The only reason he had come onto this Field was so the other side could enjoy the look on his face when the infinite explosions finally broke his spirit.
