A small, glass-like triangular puzzle piece lay quietly on the ground. Scarlet light glowed at the center of the crystal, like an eye filled with malice.

An even brighter Red Glow lit up, its dim radiance outlining the shape of a human figure.
It was a mummy-like man, gaunt and withered, his entire body wrapped in burial bandages. He reached out and grabbed the crystal triangle. Bathed in red light, his shriveled body swelled at a visible rate, soon bursting through the bandages wrapped around him. His emaciated frame transformed into that of a powerfully built man.
The muscular man hung the crystalline object around his neck. Anyone acquainted with Yugi would surely have been reminded of his Millennium Puzzle.
"I'm... alive."
The man's eyes were clouded, as though he had yet to fully regain his senses. His steps were unsteady, but beneath the Red Glow, his body continued to expand, becoming taller and stronger.
"I still... haven't..." The man shook his head and smacked his own head with a massive palm. "The King of Light Pharaoh... yes, the Pharaoh is still in this world. I can feel it."
The confusion in his eyes gradually faded, replaced by a kind of madness.
