Masked Sorcerer's gaze swept over the two magicians standing guard-like to Kira's left and right, and he gave a cold snort.
"But after receiving the Power of Evolution granted by My God, I am now invincible.
"My Turn, draw!"
The Sorcerer drew a new card and immediately revealed it.
"First, Quick-Play Spell 'Mystical Space Typhoon'! Destroy the Set Card in your back row!"
A black whirlwind rose up, carrying lightning as it swept toward the Set Card in the back row.
"Silent Magician's effect," Kira interrupted. "Once Per Turn, negate the activation of a Spell Card."
The storm came to an abrupt halt and vanished together with the lightning beneath the protection of the White Magic Circle.
"Tch, so you have an ability like that. Then I activate the Spell Card 'Pot of Greed' and draw two more cards from my deck."
The Sorcerer drew, then pulled two more cards from his hand.
"Spell Card 'Sacrifice Doll.' Tribute one monster on your field to Special Summon one monster from your hand that can be Normal Summoned!
"I send the face-down monster on my field to the Graveyard, then Special Summon this card!"
The face-down monster on the field flipped over. It was a sinister red demonic hound. Its body dissolved amid a storm of shadows, forming the shape of some kind of summoning circle.
"Level Seven, Holy Night Dragon, summon!"
A storm of sacred flames erupted from the summoning circle, and the giant dragon spread its wings and spiraled onto the field.
