So, Saiō did not rely solely on having strong Destiny Power to control Arcana Force's Upright and Reversed Positions. It was his special ability. So long as he used this Deck imbued with his power, he could manipulate the positions even against an opponent with far greater Destiny Power.

"Opening with Summon Lock, huh? You really know how to give people a hard time." Kira shrugged.

Although The Grim Reaper's Errand had to be spun again every turn, and theoretically, if it landed Reversed, Saiō would instead be unable to perform any kind of summon during this turn.
