And it was no ordinary loop.
Infinite Loops were either meant to generate vast amounts of resources or to defeat the opponent by inflicting damage through an infinite cycle.
But this bastard's loop was neither. Its fucking purpose was to make him shuffle endlessly!
Amon no longer knew what to say.
What kind of twisted mentality did someone need to have to come up with such a bizarre loop, not to win, but simply to torment the opponent's mental state—and wrists?
And he had only casually thought of it just now. Who would have guessed there really was someone in the world this bored? Such a complicated loop, all just to keep shuffling?
"Come on, what are you standing around for?" Kira said with a grin. "Shuffle."
Gritting his teeth, Amon helplessly pulled out his Deck and shuffled.
Sure enough, that feeling returned.
It was as though his consciousness had been sucked into the Deck. Endless memories, endless pain. Every difficult choice he had ever made, all the memories he had spent years trying to avoid.
"Urghhh!"
That single shuffle left him drenched in sweat again. As he dropped to his knees, his body nearly trembled uncontrollably.
It was not that his body had truly suffered any immense damage or burden. It was entirely mental.
He did not know how many more shuffles like this he could endure.
But he knew this was far from over. It was only the beginning of an endless nightmare of torment.
Kira's voice continued.
