It was not really their fault that their knowledge reserves fell short. Worm decks were rare and uncommon overall. Still, a twenty-fivefold Polymerization right off the bat was rather frightening. Though neither of them recognized Worm Zero, they could have guessed without thinking that something fused from twenty-five monsters would not be easy to deal with.

No matter what, the monster summoned by Future Fusion would not arrive until two turns later. And in Battle Royal Mode, two turns on their side meant only one turn on Kira's side.
