The Source of Fear unleashed a vast eruption of darkness, instantly engulfing the Ultimate Dragon whole. The Ultimate Dragon roared unwillingly, but even its absolute resistance could not withstand the divine power of evolution. It was helplessly dragged into the abyss and vanished without a trace.

The Evil God's true form let out a thunderous roar, sounding both like a howl and mocking laughter. Armor-like bones covered his arm as he clenched it into a fist and blasted downward. The overwhelming force of the punch struck like thunder, carrying an explosive boom that tore through the air and boundless darkness.

The Evil God lowered his arm, seemingly certain the duel was over. He sneered. "Not bad as entertainment. But against an evolved god, even you, Seto Kaiba, are ultimately—"
But halfway through, he suddenly sensed something was wrong.
"Hm?"
As the darkness dispersed, Seto Kaiba was standing unsteadily at the center of the shockwave. He was gasping heavily, yet he remained stubbornly on his feet. Black smoke rose from his body, but his eyes were as resolute as ever.
The Evil God was astonished. "How? You were clearly hit directly—"
But with a sweep of his gaze, he immediately noticed the activated Trap beside Kaiba in the Back Row.
Trap Card—Super Z Energy Enhancer.
It could be activated when he was about to take 2,000 or more points of Battle Damage, immediately restoring 4,000 Life Points. It truly was a super potion for boosting stamina.
