Zhao Hongming began as Great Wei’s Fifth Prince, entering the Royal Martial Repository Pavilion to select an Immortal Martial Arts technique rather than settling for ordinary Jianghu martial arts. He chose the Eight Desolations Eternal Youth Technique, judging it the most suitable path for his resources and disposition.
