"I certainly wouldn't do that." When Umbridge found that she could not pull Kayson up no matter how hard she tried, she had no choice but to take out her wand and use the Levitation Charm to place him in the carriage.
"Our journey will be very long. Rest assured, Professor Kayson." Umbridge climbed into the carriage as well.
The Thestral carriage moved incredibly fast. In just a few breaths, they had flown above the clouds.
Sitting in the carriage and breathing the fairly fresh yet excessively thin air, Kayson asked curiously, "What method are you using this time?"
"You can take a guess." Umbridge, seated beside Kayson, suddenly raised her hand, intending to frighten him in his current state. However, he seemed utterly unmoved.
Looking at Umbridge's puzzled expression, Kayson rolled his eyes. "Maybe because I used to be too happy and never went through anything like this, I never developed an instinctive reaction."
"Do you want me to give you an award?!" Umbridge said through gritted teeth.
"I wouldn't object if you insist on giving me one." As he spoke, Kayson reached up and scratched his nose.
"When are they coming out? We're already so far from Hogwarts. Aren't they making a move yet? Hagrid told me Thestrals are very fast. If you drag this out any longer, we might reach the skies over London. Bodies falling from the sky in broad daylight would cause trouble for your Ministry of Magic too."
"I'll say it again! The Ministry of Magic is absolutely correct and just! Don't insult us with your filthy, disgusting thoughts!" Umbridge abruptly shoved her large face right in front of Kayson's eyes, her foul breath mixed with the bewildering scent of breath freshener washing over him.
"Well, that smells a little bad," Kayson said helplessly.
