Fudge swallowed and paused. "I won't kill him with the Killing Curse, nor will he receive the Dementor's Kiss. He's just an ordinary Dark Wizard. Azkaban can hold him. He can't escape."

Dumbledore sighed. At that moment, he was indescribably disappointed in Fudge. If Fudge had truly been willing to let the Aurors give Voldemort a Killing Curse, he would not have been this disappointed, because that would have meant that although Fudge feared Voldemort, he at least believed in his heart that Voldemort was alive.
