Everyone looked at one another.
Previously, they had been too overwhelmed with their own problems to spare any attention for what was happening abroad.
Only now had things finally settled down a little.
Hearing how chaotic things were overseas left everyone present somewhat stunned.
But after thinking it over, it did seem to fit the situation abroad.
No one overseas was capable of maintaining order, and now that the sun had vanished and the entire world had fallen into darkness, it only emboldened certain people further.
Li Mu Chuan knew the situation abroad perfectly well, but he had never paid it any mind.
He was practically letting them fend for themselves.
"What do you think about the requests for help from those overseas?"
Someone beside him spoke up.
Given the current situation, as long as they were careful, it seemed they could take those people in.
Their food supplies were still sufficient for now.
The three people beside him had no intention of answering this question.
They did not mind helping where they could.
As for everything else, those people could handle it themselves.
When the others saw that Li Mu Chuan and the other two had no intention of taking a stance, they said nothing more.
They discussed it among themselves and reached a preliminary conclusion.
"By the way, how is your research into Controlled Nuclear Fusion going?"

If they truly failed to find a suitable planet in the future, they would still have to rely on themselves.
If they mastered Controlled Nuclear Fusion, Li Mu Chuan figured they should be able to hold out much longer.
"We're working hard on it, but this project probably won't succeed in less than ten years."
