Buying Medicine

Following the route, Li Mu Chuan arrived at a pharmacy.

What Li Mu Chuan had not expected was that the pharmacy's salesperson was actually an Artificial Intelligence.

"Hello, what do you need? If you aren't sure what medicine to buy, you can describe your symptoms, and Xiao Fang can help prescribe some basic medication."

A screen beside him spoke to Li Mu Chuan as he entered.

That was really user-friendly. With this kind of Artificial Intelligence in pharmacies, people would not have to feel embarrassed about buying medicine.

"I need Eye Cream Dapoxetine. Fourteen boxes."

Li Mu Chuan immediately felt at ease. On his way over, he had been wondering how awkward it would be to directly ask someone for fourteen boxes.

Now that it was an Artificial Intelligence, there was nothing to be embarrassed about.

"Certainly. I'll retrieve the medicine for you now."

As soon as it spoke, a mechanical arm on the ceiling responded, retrieved the medicine, and placed it before the checkout counter.

"Please pay."

Li Mu Chuan stepped forward and took out his cash, placing it on the counter.

The mechanical arm on the counter accepted and inspected the bills, then put them away after confirming there was no issue.

Li Mu Chuan left the pharmacy carrying a bag containing the medicine he had bought.

When he reached a platform and saw that no one was around, Li Mu Chuan unpacked each box, removed the pills inside, and placed them into his personal storage space.

That way, he could bring the medicine back with him.

After finishing all this, Li Mu Chuan let out a sigh of relief.

Later, he could see about selling some of the medicine.

Unfortunately, he did not have enough money, and his personal storage space was not very large either, which severely limited what he could buy.

Li Mu Chuan casually tossed the dismantled medicine boxes into a trash can.

He pondered how he could earn a few more Interference Points.

From what he understood, he could only gain those points by helping advance this world's progress.

Simply finding this world's government and telling them he was a transmigrator probably would not accomplish anything.

Li Mu Chuan still did not know much about this world.

As for interfering with this world's course of development? The more he thought about it, the less reliable it seemed.

That thought gave Li Mu Chuan a headache.

Without Interference Points, he could not expand his storage space, which would be extremely unfavorable for his next transmigration.

Li Mu Chuan observed it for a moment and found that it could be used to watch videos or order food.

After browsing through it, he found that the food was not very expensive. He could afford it.

It seemed that, for the next few days, he would not have to worry about lacking money for meals.

Li Mu Chuan ordered a bowl of noodles, which cost forty.

Considering the restaurant's decor, it was not expensive at all, and it tasted decent too.

After Li Mu Chuan had eaten his fill and left the restaurant, he walked down the street and saw that the entire city seemed to have come alive.

The city was filled with dazzling lights, Hovering Cars speeding past, and bustling streets.

Towering buildings had turned into enormous screens, displaying dancing women or the depths of starry space.

There were even space fortresses amid the stars.

Strikingly beautiful women occasionally passed Li Mu Chuan, their dresses exceptionally sexy.

He had no idea how those dresses were made, but even without wind, they seemed to be stirred by a gentle breeze.

That way, girls wearing those dresses could constantly feel their skirts fluttering around them.

The design was truly brilliant. Many girls loved spinning in circles while wearing skirts.

They loved the feeling of the wind lifting their skirts.

With such a design, those dresses would definitely sell well.

"Hey, I got selected! It's scheduled for the third of next month! I'll get to take a spaceship into space for a three-day trip!"

Just as Li Mu Chuan was admiring how nice the woman's dress was, a woman nearby excitedly spoke to her companion.

Her companion froze for a moment upon hearing this, then became incredibly envious.

"You got selected? A three-day trip? That good?"

"Yeah! I got picked by accident today!"

The woman speaking was extremely excited, and her smooth oval face was visibly flushed with excitement.

The other women beside her voiced their envy one after another. Traveling through space was their dream.

Unfortunately, such opportunities required a lottery. With the entire country participating, each person's odds of being selected were extremely low.

Even so, no one ever missed the daily drawing.

This was an exclusive right for citizens of their country. Only citizens of their own country were eligible to enter the drawing.

There was something that good?

However, at that moment, Li Mu Chuan suddenly spotted uniformed police officers ahead conducting some sort of inspection.

Not only were passing pedestrians being questioned, they also had to present their chip information.

"Damn!"

The sight immediately made Li Mu Chuan panic. He glanced around, then quickly turned onto another street.

He did not have an identity chip, so it was better not to come into contact with them.

After all, someone like him would be deported immediately.

Even if Li Mu Chuan told them he was a transmigrator, he did not think they would believe him.

More likely, they would take him for someone who wanted to stay here and had made up a lie.
