"You said Froakie was raised at the family's Breeding Base, but an Elite Four Level Froakie should be precious to any force. Yet it seems to have been left to roam free for quite some time?"
"Mm." George nodded. "Some Pokémon are extraordinary from birth. Like Mark's Phione and your Honchkrow, they were born with the potential to become gods and kings.

My older brothers and sister all tried to catch it, but none of them earned its recognition.
Second Brother even forcibly defeated it with a Pseudo-Elite Four Pokémon and successfully put it into a Poké Ball. But after Froakie came out, it immediately defected and refused to obey any commands.
The resources large families provide to each person are limited, and high-talent Pokémon especially must be registered. They absolutely cannot be discarded or lost.
No matter how talented an unruly Froakie is, it is useless.
After
