Lance's Dragonite and Charizard were practically unstoppable inside the base, slaying anything in their path! Although Itsuki had never broken through to Elite Four level, the combined Psychic power of his two Pokemon was no weaker than an ordinary Elite Four-level attack.

Not to mention that Psychic-type Pokemon were best at level suppression. Their advantage might not be obvious against opponents of the same level, but clearing out lower-level foes was laughably easy.

"Itsuki, have you contacted Viridian City's security forces?" Lance hurriedly turned and asked during a brief gap in directing Dragonite and Charizard's relentless attacks.

"I have, but the Underground Base is complicated. Officer Jenny's reinforcements may not arrive so quickly."

"That's fine. Since we've been discovered, let's make this as big as possible and draw as much fire as we can!"

Lance immediately shouted, "Dragonite, use Hyper Beam on the dome! Pierce through this underground hole!"

Then, an orange-yellow Hyper Beam whistled out, carrying terrifying power of destruction as it blasted toward the dome.
