Early that morning, Naruto had just woken from sleep when he discovered that he was not at home, but had somehow ended up at the Ninja Hospital. His face was utterly bewildered.
Rin, who was nearby, quickly explained that he had inexplicably fallen unconscious the night before and had been sent here by Anbu Ninja.
Watching Naruto wolf down the breakfast she had made, Rin sat across from him with her shapely legs crossed and asked in confusion, "Naruto, what exactly happened to you last night?"
When Konoha's Anbu had brought Naruto here last night, Rin had been extremely worried and carefully examined him. Yet in the end, she found that there did not seem to be anything wrong with him.
