Background / History

Blade is a Blue Star transmigrant who awakened the Role-Playing System shortly before the Holy Spirit Village spirit-awakening ceremony. His assigned role was Blade of the Stellaron Hunters, granting him Shizun's Sword, a complete-form Body Spirit, Innate Full Spirit Power Level 20, the Abundance Curse, and an Undying Body. The system's main quest required him to make Tang San suffer retribution in exchange for portrayal progress and rewards. 1

At the awakening ceremony, Blade's Shizun's Sword manifested as a powerful broken sword, while the testing crystal could not withstand his power and shattered. He quickly established Tang San as the focus of his role-play, treating him with hostility and cultivating Tang San's fear rather than killing him outright. 2 3 4

Blade decisively defeated Tang San in their first confrontation, exposing his awareness of Tang San's hidden Clear Sky Hammer and pushing Tang San into fear and mental collapse. His first Spirit Ring was subsequently upgraded to nearly 60,000 years, though Blade remained concerned that Mara-Struck episodes and the pain of his Undying Body could leave him out of control. 5 13 14

Seeking greater progress, Blade confronted Tang Hao in the Ancient Forest. Despite facing a Titled Douluo, he revealed two Hundred Thousand Year Spirit Rings, endured repeated Clear Sky Hammer strikes to build power, and forced Tang Hao to retreat after their ultimate techniques devastated part of the forest. The battle aggravated his side effects, forcing Blade into seclusion and recovery. 21 22 24 26 27

During his recovery, Blade used system draws to restore and strengthen abilities from his template. He also repeatedly nourished the Blue Silver Emperor with his blood, eventually reviving her as a loyal companion. Over the following six years, his continued role-play and karmic interference with Tang San raised his progress to 44.67%. 30 53 66

Blade later began assembling allies around his larger plans. He rescued Zhu Zhuqing from assassins and offered to train her as his disciple, taught her forging, exposed Qian Renxue's identity beneath the Xue Qinghe disguise, and allowed her to accept his Abundance Power. He also defeated Dugu Bo before negotiating his cooperation and curing the poison affecting him and his granddaughter. 72 82 85 96

By the final conflict, Blade had founded Shrek Academy, defeated Chen Xin in a public sword duel, and become known across the continent as the “number one under heaven.” He supported Qian Renxue's ascension in Heaven Dou, confronted Spirit Hall's Titled Douluo, and aided Zhu Zhuqing's eventual unification of Star Luo. After completing the Blade template, he chose to revive Bai Heng and accepted Ying Xing as his next portrayal mission. 100 101 102

Blade is described as an exceptionally handsome, aloof youth whose appearance repeatedly draws unwanted attention. His ordinary form is associated with black clothing, white bandages, blood-red eyes, and Shizun's Sword; as his portrayal advances, his age-restricted appearance is said to become fully released. 20 33 53 66

Personality

Blade is cold, direct, and deeply detached from ordinary social life. He reacts to interference with blunt hostility, regularly dismissing Tang San, Yu Xiaogang, and Xiao Wu as being “in the way.” He dislikes emotional manipulation and prefers direct battle to indirect schemes. 42 47
