Following Mark's telepathic message, the many Pokémon in the capsule warehouse finally settled down.

Mark sighed inwardly.

The reason he had not allowed the little ones to communicate inside their Pokeballs was not because he wanted to deliberately restrict them. Rather, he and researchers like Doctor Xia Er were currently undergoing an inspection.

More specifically, it was somewhat like the security checks Mark had gone through before his transmigration.

After the alarm appeared on their communicators, he and Red Fire had immediately taken action and arrived at the Resource Department branch. Yet just as they arrived, the alarm on their communicators suddenly disappeared.

It was not just Red Fire. Many members who had returned to the Resource Department branch had experienced the same thing—they received the alarm, and then it vanished.

Red Fire and several other Resource Department executives entered the Experiment Base together, while Mark's group of four and some ordinary Resource Department members who had rushed over after hearing the news were stopped outside.

After a while, the Resource Department's enforcement team arrived. They told everyone not to act rashly and to cooperate with the investigation.

The Pokeballs carried by the combat personnel were soon collected one by one by the enforcement officers. Afterward, the officers conducted thorough searches of the combat personnel.

Researchers like Mark and Doctor Xia Er did not have their Pokeballs confiscated, but they still had to undergo certain inspections.
