The little creature that had been thrown out looked somewhat like a slug. Its body was made of flowing green gel, with a red hexagonal organ at its center that appeared to be the tiny slug's core.
Bang! Bang!
The two Deoxys emerged from their Pokeballs and looked at the little green creature on the ground.
The two Deoxys exchanged a glance, then looked at Mark and sent him telepathic messages.
As they spoke, Deoxys extended their red-and-blue tentacles, pointing at the hexagonal core inside the little slug's body before pointing at the core spheres in their own chests.
Their bodies had grown around their cores. Even if their bodies suffered grievous injuries, they could quickly recover as long as their cores remained undamaged.
They felt that this little creature's life form was somewhat similar to theirs, with both of their bodies formed around a core.
Besides that, they sensed that this little creature possessed tremendous potential—possibly even greater than the potential of the two of them.
Looking at the panicked little creature on the ground, Mark took a deep breath. "Your instincts are right. After all, it's Zygarde."
"Zygarde!?" Jirachi floated closer. "Why does Jirachi feel like that name sounds so familiar?"
"Mew, mew!"
Mew drifted over. It also found the name familiar.
Not far away, Hoopa could not recall what Zygarde was either. It quickly flipped through its phone, trying to look up information on Zygarde and make its presence known.
Unfortunately, before it could find anything, Leafeon bounced over.
"Bri, bri-bri-bri?"
Zygarde was the Sixth Era's Z God that Mark had mentioned, right?
Jirachi suddenly understood. "Oh, oh, Jirachi remembers now! It's the one whose body is made up of lots and lots of cells and can eventually become really powerful. Is this little one Zygarde's core?"
