Chen Mu's solution was actually very simple, or rather, it was something he had used before.

He would use the Time Stone's immense power to go directly into the past and alter history.

Chen Mu had once used this method to help Cable save his wife and daughter, and later, incidentally, helped Deadpool save his wife as well. The difference this time was that the point in time they needed to travel to was far more distant.

Come to think of it, who knew which world that guy Deadpool had gone off to? Forget it. He could not die anyway. Chen Mu would go find him once he finally shut that endlessly chattering, irritating mouth of his.

The Time Stone in Chen Mu's hand had been created by the system. It was an enhanced version of the Time Stone. Unlike the other Infinity Stones, which could not use their original properties in other universes and could only provide vast amounts of energy, this stone could still use its own abilities even in an entirely different world.

In other words, even in this Transformers world, this Time Stone could still be used, allowing Chen Mu to travel freely along this world's timeline.
