Human rights organizations were not the only strange groups around. There were environmental protection organizations, animal protection organizations, sexual orientation freedom organizations, feminist organizations...
In short, all sorts of messy groups had turned America into a complete mess.
In other words, the more buffs you stacked on yourself, the more privileges you had in America. It was even said that American officials had to stack buffs to win votes during elections.
In short, the crazier, the better.
Worth mentioning was that no matter how many buffs you stacked, as long as you were of Chinese descent, all those buffs were instantly wiped clean...
