The Grandmaster resolved his relationship with Liu Erlong, who agreed to place Blue Tyrant Academy under Flender and the Grandmaster, while Dugu Bo arrived to discuss the Shui clan’s search for Immortal Herbs.

• Zhao Wuji subdued a Man Faced Demon Spider, and Tang San let Meng Yiran claim its venom before the group captured a Phoenix-tail Crested Serpent for Oscar.
• The Titan Giant Ape seized Xiao Wu, but Chen Feng and Tang San caught up with her and learned that she was a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast in human form.
• Er Ming helped Chen Feng find a living Flying Lightning Rat, and Chen Feng formed a Soul Ring with its cooperation, became a Soul Elder, and grew a pair of small wings.
• Chen Feng joined the students in Suotuo City, where he and Tang San met Gu Yue Ling, and Flender admitted her to Shrek Academy after Dai Mubai won their test fight.
• Flender took the students to the Spirit Fighting Arena, where Chen Feng won his solo and paired matches and Tang San began teaching Bai Chenxiang hidden weapon techniques.

• Oscar, Chen Feng, Tang San, and Xiao Wu visited the Meng Family, where Meng Yiran agreed to join Shrek Academy and travel with Meng Shu and Chao Tianxiang.
• Dugu Bo arrived at Shrek and told Chen Feng that he had searched overseas with the Shui clan for Ice and Water Attribute Immortal Herbs near the Extreme North.

Chen Feng and Tang San explored the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, developed a method for creating an artificial soul bone, and tested new ways to control their powers. The arc ended with Chen Feng bringing Dugu Bo into Nine-Headed Serpent Academy and Tang San taking herbs and a special pouch back with him.

• Dugu Bo told Chen Feng how he and the Shui Family found twin-stemmed immortal lotus seeds, then showed Chen Feng his evolved martial soul and rank ninety-three Soul Power.
• Chen Feng proposed compressing Soul Power and later tested liquefaction with Liu Erlong, while Flender merged the academies under the name Nine-Headed Serpent Academy.
• The academy’s students traveled to Heaven Dou City, where Chen Feng and Tang San met Xue Beng, Xue Qinghe, Dugu Bo, and Dugu Yan before visiting Dugu Bo’s estate.
• Tang Hao revealed that Tang San’s mother was a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast, and Tang San studied the herbs at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well while Chen Feng consumed two herbs to withstand its springs.

• In the Death Desert, Chen Feng guided Ning Rongrong and Bai Chenxiang through Ring Expansion experiments, helping them gain new Soul Rings and companions.
• Chen Feng and the Blazing Arrow Eagle converted a Soul Bone into a Spirit Ring for Ma Hongjun, granting him flight and stronger control over his flames.
• At the Great Soul Arena, Zhu Zhuqing demonstrated Shadow Strike, Gu Yue Ling defeated the Shi Brothers, and Nine-Headed Serpent Academy completed its debut with a clean sweep.
