After exploring the secret chambers many times, Gu Ding discovered that the more valuable a chamber was, the stronger its guardian became. He also found that these guardians were actually virtual replicas of the strongest trial challengers from the past. After defeating those guardians, his own virtual replica would remain behind and become a guardian the next time Hidden Dragon Hall opened.
In just over three hours, Gu Ding completed fifteen secret chamber explorations. Including the first one from earlier, he had completed sixteen in total and gained a substantial haul.
