Diliya's Order

As soon as they returned to the inn, Blue leaped down from Beika's shoulder and vanished after a few bounding jumps.

Beika merely shook his head with a smile and headed toward Diliya's room. When he reached the door, he knocked before pushing it open and entering.

The moment Beika stepped inside, he saw Diliya sitting upright and looking at him, one finger pointing at the stool opposite her. His heart immediately grew uneasy, because this usually meant he had done something wrong. After thinking carefully, he felt it was most likely because he had refused to help treat Gu Ding and the others' friend, angering Diliya.

Beika slowly sat down across from Diliya, his mind racing as he searched for a better excuse.

"Beika, why did you refuse to treat Gu Ding's companion?" As expected, Diliya's first words were a question about that matter.

"Whether someone is good or bad isn't something you can tell just by looking." Beika ignored her latter remark and only refuted her first point.

"That isn't why you refused to help." Diliya shook her head and stated the truth she had seen in the video. "You refused because of me, didn't you?"
