Inside the Dream, Sea Emperor's voice suddenly reached the ears of every member of the Gu Ding Pirate Crew.

"Emergency meeting! Everyone, put down what you're doing and come to the Main Cabin's lounge!"

Gu Ding raised an eyebrow at this. Nearly every emergency meeting Sea Emperor called meant that something bad had happened.

Two minutes later, every member of the Gu Ding Pirate Crew was gathered in a circle in the Main Cabin's lounge.

"What happened? Why call an emergency meeting so suddenly?" Liliath still looked half-asleep.

"I called everyone here mainly to talk about three things. There is good news and bad news." Sea Emperor swept his gaze across the room. No one was absent; even Tagore and Blue were present.

"The first matter is that Hai Yeer, the Sea Clan's Minister of Finance, is dead. He was the father of that blond kid Scarlet killed earlier. If my guess is right, Manson, the assassin who tried to take Scarlet away before, was hired by him."

"That guy wasn't a good person either. Who knows how many treasures he embezzled from the Sea Clan?" Liliath muttered softly from the side.

The investigation showed that Hai Yeer had been murdered and tortured before his death. Clearly, the person who killed him obtained some information he wanted from Hai Yeer through interrogation.
