Gu Ding refused without a second thought. Fig Glass and the other members of the Insect Race were all stunned for a moment, then flew into a rage.
"Just a human, yet you dare act so arrogantly!" Grimmaldi roared at Gu Ding, venting all the anger he had built up during his earlier conflict with Ba Nios.
Before his words had even faded, one of his forelegs suddenly spurted green blood. Then the foreleg detached from his shoulder and fell to the ground.
This bizarre scene left everyone present utterly shocked, but Fig Glass, as the legion commander, vaguely caught the subtle motion of Bigge from the Gu Ding Pirate Crew sheathing his blade.
"If you disrespect our captain again, it won't just be one limb that gets cut off next time," Bigge said coldly.
Grimmaldi wanted to retort, but the words caught in his throat the moment he opened his mouth. At the thought that the other party had silently taken one of his limbs, his body could not help trembling slightly.
Bigge's move not only cowed the Insect Race, but also left the various races watching from the sidelines stunned.
"That's the Gu Ding Pirate Crew's number one main combatant—Bigge!"
"They say he's the strongest blade cultivator in the Human Race Camp of this era. His strength really is terrifying!"
"You couldn't even see how he attacked. That Combat Strength has completely surpassed our level."
"The Insect Race has really bitten off more than it can chew this time. Let's see how they clean up this mess!"
Seeing the Gu Ding Pirate Crew's stunning display, quite a few races began supporting them from the bottom of their hearts. The Three Peak Races usually threw their weight around in the Great Universe Sea and rarely took other races seriously.
