Everyone knew that Abominations had to eat human flesh to advance, and the more they ate, the better. After being affected by the magnetic field shifts of the Apocalypse Era, humanity's genes had become vastly different from those of the past. The energy contained within their bodies was probably beyond even humans' own imagination.
On top of that, New Humans' flesh was even richer in energy. It not only contained energy, but also substances that could greatly boost an Abomination's growth.
The heart contained the most of it!
That was why Abominations kept eating people, and why certain High-level Abominations were especially picky, eating only human hearts.
But kangaroos?
This was clearly animal meat. How could it possibly contain energy similar to human flesh?
In order to raise his rank and secure a place at Mu Ye's side, Chen Yutian had eaten quite a bit of human flesh since entering Yin City. He had eaten even more New Human flesh, so with just one bite, he could sense that something was different.
Chu Han casually pointed at Gao Shaohui, an inscrutable smile on his lips. "He hunted it. A kangaroo bigger than a dinosaur—it nearly turned my Wolf Fang Base upside down."
Chen Yutian immediately gave Gao Shaohui another look. The man had been standing silently beside Chu Han the whole time. Who would have thought he possessed such formidable combat power?
