Jude built weapons and allied with Penguin while searching for Ivy, then rescued her and other test subjects from Arkham Asylum. After the Court of Owls attacked them, Jude reached an uneasy understanding with Batman, who learned of the Court’s reach just as escaped villains appeared together.

• Jude used a homemade laser weapon to kill the Foot Clan attackers, then blackmailed Bob Dylan and won Penguin’s help by curing Oswald’s deformity with a serum.
• Jude learned Ivy was at Arkham Asylum, infiltrated the prison, and enlisted Riddler to find its hidden depths.
• Jude rescued Ivy, Firefly, Bat, and Wild Tiger from Dr. Hugo Strange’s underground facility while Riddler cut the power and freed Arkham’s inmates.
• Jude brought Ivy and Firefly home, where Ivy’s uncontrolled plant swallowed Banderra before Jude, Firefly, and Butter Bot rescued her.

Jude and the Bat Family fought the Foot Clan and Ra's al Ghul as Mutagen beasts ravaged Gotham, while the Court of Owls launched its Night of the Owls. After Joker stole the spray device and escaped, Jude collected rare materials from Wayne Group and began work in its laboratory.

• Bruce brought Jude into the Bat Family's response to simultaneous villain attacks, and they saved hostages at Ruili Cosmetics before Bruce identified the Riddler as Gordon's kidnapper.
• Jude and Bruce solved the Riddler's maze and rescued Gordon, while Nightwing and Damian confronted Baxter's crew at Wayne Tower but failed to stop Shredder from stealing a citywide pesticide sprayer.
• Jude warned that the Foot Clan planned to spread Mutagen through Gotham, and Ra's al Ghul joined Shredder at Ace Chemical Factory to prepare the device and transform villains into beasts.
• The Bat Family and police attacked the factory, but Ra's unleashed mutated criminals and hundreds of beasts as the Court of Owls released Talons to attack Gotham targets.
• Jude fought Ra's al Ghul while Bruce tried to stop the Mutagen launch, but Shredder and Stockman escaped with the spray device after Scarecrow's fear toxin sent Jude falling.

Jude helped the Bat Family repel the Court of Owls, then traveled with Ivy to New York, where she confronted her dying father and began work at the Daily Bugle. Jude stole from Tony Stark, funded schools in China, and began building a new research operation as Eddie Brock bonded with Venom.

• Jude exposed the flaw in Stephanie’s antidote, stabilized Two-Face after a secondary mutation, and built the Green Waltz weapon.
• The Court of Owls attacked Wayne Manor, and Jude used Green Waltz to destroy the villa and drive off the Talons while the Bat Family fought back.
• Bruce and the Bat Family captured Court members, and Bruce later reassured investors while Jude agreed to accompany Ivy to New York to meet Pepper Potts.
• Ivy spoke alone with Roger Potts before he died, and Jude defended her against Tony Stark when Tony pressured her to attend Roger’s funeral.
• Jude broke into Tony’s systems, stole $10 billion and the Mark 5 blueprints, and Tony’s search for the thief led him to a decoy at an internet café.

Jude acquired the research center, recruited Ivy and Peter, and captured a revived symbiote while the Reverse-Flash stole another. As Jude prepared cloned experiments and a new suit for his rematch with Tony, he hired Deadpool for research into his regenerative abilities.

• Jude bought the Pampas Institute, renamed it Heissem Technology Company, hired Peter as a researcher, and assigned him to study Venom while Jude worked on Tony Stark’s armor.
• Venom killed Harvey Jones at the Hilton, but Jude killed the symbiote and discovered Peter was Spider-Man before Ivy became acting president of the Daily Bugle.
• Tony confronted Jude over the stolen money and armor blueprints, but Jude defeated him and challenged him to a rematch in twenty days.
• A revived Venom bonded with Mills Biden and killed people, but Jude, Ivy, and Little Spider defeated the Suicide Squad, separated the symbiote from Biden, and captured it.
• Amanda Waller recruited Eobard Thawne, who had become stranded in another world, and tasked him with recovering the revived symbiote.
• Jude began cloning symbiote cells, but Reverse-Flash broke into the laboratory and stole the symbiote before Jude identified him.
• Jude completed 111 Clones and prepared a new armor powered by a miniature Dyson Sphere, while Ivy and Jude grew closer.
