• Lou Gao chose to travel with Ning Fengzhi to Vast Sea City to learn why Titan remained loyal to Tang Hao’s son, and Ning Rongrong joined them with Dugu Yan.
• Ning Rongrong confronted Tang San and Sea Lance Douluo when they sought Lou Gao, warned them not to poach him, and set a month’s delay before the Soul Tool sale.

The arc ended with Wang Quanfugui dead, the Beast Tide closing on Vast Sea City, and Ning Rongrong returning to hear the full account from Ning Fengzhi.
