"If its actual body was this big, how much would it weigh? How much would it have to eat to grow this large? Even several thousand or ten thousand suns as meals probably wouldn't be enough to fill the gaps between its teeth, would they? And would a creature this size even poop?"
As Fang Zheng let his imagination run wild, he continued maintaining Spectator Mode and passed straight through the dark cyan eggshell.
Inside the cyan eggshell, Fang Zheng curiously examined the little "snake" before him.
Compared with the enormous eggshell, large enough to fit an elephant inside, the Young Cold Flood Dragon—or rather, the embryo within—was only about as long and thick as an adult's arm.
Its entire body shimmered with a faint dark jade hue. Its translucent scales had yet to fully harden, allowing him to vaguely see pale cyan blood vessels flowing beneath its skin, as well as its colorful internal organs.
Its head was disproportionately large compared to its body, making it resemble a big-headed baby. Two small bumps sat atop its head, as though horns would eventually grow from them.
Although it was still only an embryo, sharp fangs had already pierced through its lips and protruded from its mouth. It was clearly a carnivore.
Still in Spectator Mode, Fang Zheng tried passing his head through its body. By clipping his view inside, he could see that its heart had completely stopped beating, while the blood in its body seemed to have frozen into some kind of ice.
Fang Zheng pondered, "So it really is a stillborn embryo. But the eggs used to place in a Monster Spawner don't seem to have any requirement that they must be alive, do they?"
"After all, in Minecraft, there was no distinction between living eggs and dead eggs."
If Fang Zheng's guess was correct, then the laws of Minecraft and the laws of this Cultivation World would compromise with one another, which meant this sort of judgment should be quite vague.
Even if the egg contained a stillborn embryo, it might still work.
"Still..." He looked at the enormous egg and felt a headache coming on. "This thing is so huge. Can I really store it in my Inventory?"
In Minecraft, any item that could be placed into the Inventory was, at most, only one block in size.
Could this Ice Flood Dragon Egg, which was far larger than a one-meter-by-one-meter block, really be converted into a drop?

He switched back to Creative Mode and called out to Jiang Tingting, asking her to help bring the dead egg up to the shore.

She immediately followed the sound and found her target.
Gentle Divine Power transformed into a giant hand that penetrated the deep, frigid pond. Ignoring the freezing yin chill below, it undid the sealing formation and retrieved the Ice Flood Dragon Egg that had been placed at the Yin Sha Earth Vein Node.
On the shore, Jiang Tingting looked at the cracks on the eggshell, the complete absence of life within it, and the faint deathly aura it gave off. Her heart was full of confusion. "What does Senior Fang want with this dead egg?"
She recalled how Fang Zheng had just restored an Old White Ape to its youth, and a guess formed in her mind—though she found it hard to believe.
"Could it be... that Senior can even bring this dead egg back to life?"
Jiang Tingting was secretly shocked by her own conjecture, yet she also faintly hoped it would prove true.
"If he really can do that, then wouldn't youth and age, yin and yang, life and death all be freely reversed and transformed in Senior's hands? What difference would there be between him and the immortals of myth?"
Meanwhile, Fang Zheng walked around the egg on the ground and remarked, "This egg really is huge."
"Could this Ice Flood Dragon Egg be obtained using the same method as the Ender Dragon Egg?"
Although he only casually played Minecraft during breaks after finishing his homework, Fang Zheng still knew some basic Minecraft knowledge.
In Minecraft, players in Survival Mode could only obtain a very small number of egg types, such as Chicken Eggs, Turtle Eggs, Sniffer Eggs, and Ender Dragon Eggs. None of them were Spawn Eggs.
Other than the Ender Dragon Egg, which could only serve as decoration, the other types of eggs could all hatch into their corresponding species.
However, aside from Chicken Eggs, which could be thrown to hatch chicks in both Creative Mode and Survival Mode,
the other types all had to wait to hatch. They could not be used directly like Spawn Eggs in Creative Mode to spawn their corresponding species.
Among them, the Ender Dragon Egg was especially unique. It could not be obtained through breeding.
An Ender Dragon Egg could only be obtained after killing the Ender Dragon for the first time.
Moreover, the Ender Dragon Egg was one of the few items in Minecraft affected by gravity.
As long as there was no block directly beneath it to support it, it would naturally fall downward.
It could not be mined either. The instant a player clicked it and tried to mine or collect it, it would Teleport directly like an Enderman, making it impossible to turn it into a drop and store it in the Inventory.
However, if one first dug out the block beneath it, leaving the block holding the egg suspended in midair, then placed a torch in the cavity and dug away the block supporting the Ender Dragon Egg, it would naturally fall.
When it touched the area occupied by the torch during its fall, it would be directly converted into a drop.
This trick also worked in Creative Mode, although there was no need to obtain an Ender Dragon Egg that way in Creative Mode.
So, since the rules of Minecraft and this Cultivation World seemed to compromise with each other to some extent, could this Ice Flood Dragon Egg, as an ordinary item affected by gravity, be treated as something similar to an Ender Dragon Egg and used to recreate the method of obtaining one?
Fang Zheng wanted to test whether he could exploit this bug to directly turn the Ice Flood Dragon Egg into a drop and store it in his Inventory.
If it worked, then not only this Ice Flood Dragon Egg, but perhaps every egg-type item he encountered in the future could be obtained this way.
Fang Zheng immediately got to work. His blocky arms swung, and the hard rock directly beneath him was instantly shattered into square gaps.
He fell along with it, quickly digging out a square pit below. After placing several torches inside, he shattered the remaining rocks above that supported the egg.
Thus, pulled by gravity, the massive object fell directly toward the torches in the block-shaped space below.

Accompanied by the familiar item-drop sound effect, the enormous Ice Flood Dragon Egg, over three meters in diameter, vanished into thin air before it reached the blocky torches below.
All that remained was an oval, cardboard-like drop floating beside the torches, dark cyan in color and patterned with spirals and clouds.
Seeing this, Fang Zheng shouted excitedly, "Yes! It worked!"
He hurried over and approached it, absorbing the dropped item into his Inventory.
He eagerly opened the Inventory and saw that among the Spawn Eggs, there was now a brand-new dark cyan egg patterned with spirals, clouds, and other designs.
