Arc 5The Dream Weaver

Roger took Harry through Germany and Greece, exploring the past while pursuing his magical research and helping Harry develop his own approach to time magic. After Britain and Germany agreed to let Roger decide whether to accept cooperation, Roger built the Dream Weaver and took Harry into space, where he recognized the potential for a weapon made from space debris.

  • Roger urged Harry to join his summer travels, and after leaving the Dursleys they exchanged money in Knockturn Alley and set off for Germany.
  • Roger and Harry used the Time Phantom Shuttle to witness German history, while Roger confronted Ministry Director Jason Vogel and showed him the power he had reached.

As the school year began, Harry was trapped in a time loop by Voldemort, and Roger arranged for Dumbledore to intercept him before their paths crossed.

  • Roger and Harry reached the Moon, where Roger tested magic, investigated distant thoughts, and created a temporary Dream Weaver before proposing a way to communicate across space.

After realizing that his approach to transcendence had stalled, he decided to strengthen himself through the Three-Dimensional Law and Second Magic while promoting Virtual Reality as a game.

  • Roger and Dumbledore opened the Chamber of Secrets, where Roger restrained the Basilisk and Dumbledore transformed it into a suitcase before Roger used the Time Phantom Shuttle Spell to investigate the Chamber’s past.
  • Roger asked Nicolas Flamel to help improve the Second Brain and Virtual Reality, while warning that he intended to pursue immortality despite the risks of experiencing billions of years through countless lives.
  • Roger accepted Luna’s choice to study the Three-Dimensional Law on her own path and gave her his original theory manuscript.
  • Roger confronted Ministry officials who opposed him, showed them his plans, and persuaded them to cooperate rather than make an enemy of him.
  • Hagrid showed Roger the Telekinetic Sprites he had created in Virtual Reality, and Roger planned to rename them Mana Elements and use them to prepare Muggles for supernatural abilities.
