Last Thursday, during the Xia City earthquake, Zi Ran Mian Er, the administrator of the "Demon Eye Girl" Demi-Plane, suddenly disappeared. It was later proven that she had not instantly stopped being a fan, nor had she been injured in the earthquake. The network infrastructure where she lived had simply been destroyed by the quake, forcing her offline. It had been a false alarm.
This did confirm for Zhong Man that Silly Dog really did live in Mangzhong, Xia City's satellite city at the earthquake's epicenter—or so Silly Dog herself had said.
Because she had been forced offline during the difficult early stage of the Demi-Plane's development, Zi Ran Mian Er had now been thoroughly shoved into overdrive by her roaring sense of responsibility and guilt. Every day, she howled about revitalizing the Demi-Plane and creating the warmest backyard for Miss Raven.
This should have had nothing to do with Zhong Man.

On top of that, Zhong Man's suggestion to "clean up the Demi-Plane" had made her stance seem biased. Silly Dog had somehow failed to notice that it was merely an excuse and had wholeheartedly decided that Zhong Man was also Raven's fan.
With those two things combined, plus the fact that she had already been overwhelmed by site management issues, Silly Dog had finally encountered an industry veteran like Zhong Man and immediately latched onto her, treating Zhong Man as her military strategist.
That alone would have been fine. But the biggest problem was that Silly Dog did not actually obey this
