That timing almost perfectly overlapped with when Li Wei had separated Old Elers's memories, while it was nearly twenty years before Luo Yuan's period of activity.
This was definitely not good news, because it proved that Li Wei's infiltration of Outer Earth had begun at least thirty years ago. Back then, he had only just recovered from his second confrontation with Liang Lu.
And that point in time also happened to coincide with the suspected reincarnation of the Martial Emperor and the death of the Justice Cult's first Chief Sacrificer. Even if those events had no direct causal connection, they were surely intertwined and interfering with one another to a considerable degree.
