Destruction was all about destroying for the sake of destruction.
If you carried out destruction for some nonsense like art or aesthetics, then in Nanook's eyes, you probably wouldn't even compare to a newborn baby smashing a few vases.
But if you destroyed purely for destruction's sake, then even if all you did was smash a few jars or stomp a few ants to death, you might catch Nanook's eye.
Not to mention that even if you did step onto the Path of Destruction, your actual performance would only be so-so.
After all, a Great Extinguisher could rack their brains and exhaust every effort to destroy things, yet still fall short of a Conductor of The Erudition having a sudden idea and preparing to pull off something huge.
That was why, in Herta's view, [Destruction] was an inferior Path.

Since Qianyi said Star's future was promising, that meant she would most likely become someone extraordinary in the future—perhaps even a brand-new Aeon.
