The Ice Abyss Sword normally manifests as a crystal-clear, ice-blue longsword seemingly carved from ancient ice. Its presence causes the surrounding temperature to plunge before it even attacks. Lu Jun names the weapon the Ice Abyss Sword after contracting an Ice Dragon Soul Spirit and reaching level thirteen. At first, it functions as his ice-attribute Martial Soul, though its abnormal potential and connection to Ultimate Ice are already apparent. 4

The sword later reacts to an Ice Dragon soul bone with intense hunger, consuming its energy almost completely before releasing a portion for Lu Jun to refine. This reveals that its then-current Martial Soul state is incomplete and dependent on external energy. 67
