Although these suits could fight autonomously under J.A.R.V.I.S.'s control, neither their combat skills nor their attacks' flexibility could compare to those crippled soldiers enhanced by Extremis. Even with their numerical advantage, they could not wipe them out quickly.
Still, no matter what, the arrival of the Iron Man suit legion had at least stopped these Extremis from escaping.
