Three pairs of long horns jutted outward from either side of his head. Curved, ivory-like tusks extended from his cheeks, wrapping around his entire jaw. Thick, long spikes covered his shoulders, back, and other parts of his body. He looked like a monster—ferocious and terrifying!
The transformation was complete. The intense pain had vanished completely, replaced by what seemed like limitless power surging through his body!
Algrim glanced at the prisoners who had been knocked to the ground, stepped forward, grabbed one by the throat, and lifted him up before slamming him against the energy barrier!
The cell's energy barrier was not only incredibly sturdy, but also capable of retaliating against outside attacks. When Algrim pressed the prisoner's face hard against it, the barrier activated, and a dazzling golden curtain of energy clearly appeared across the cell entrance.
