After a preliminary analysis by the technicians at the scene, the wreckage had been confirmed to belong to the same species as the alien life-form NBE-1 frozen in their base.
Although NBE-1 had never been thawed since its discovery eighty years ago, their years of research had shown that this alien species not only possessed extremely advanced technology, but was also tremendously powerful in combat!
The wreckage they had found was much smaller than NBE-1, but according to their analysis, it was still absolutely not something a single person could handle!
Ordinary ground forces would not even be a match for it. At the very least, air support would be needed to have any chance of destroying it!

Simmons's first reaction was that Sam and Michaela were messing with him!
