Standing before a heavily guarded door, Simmons reached out to open it while solemnly addressing the group.
As the door opened, everyone filed in behind Simmons.
It was not a large room. A huge glass window covered the wall directly opposite the door, making it look more like an observation room.
The group could not help but gather before the room's only window and look outside. The sight before them was no less shocking than Megatron had been moments earlier!
Beyond the glass lay an underground space far larger than the one where Megatron had been held!
The uneven exposed rock walls, along with the intricate steel frameworks, pipes, wiring, and equipment, merged together along the sides and ceiling like an underground secret factory!
Yet this enormous space was far from empty!
A massive silver-gray cube, with sides dozens of meters long, was embedded in the ground at a slight angle. Like a silver-gray crystal born from the depths of the earth, it seemed to have slumbered there for hundreds of millions of years!
Yet its perfectly regular cubic shape, along with the intricate and mysterious patterns etched across its surface that clearly contained some sort of order, made it easy to tell that it had not formed naturally!
But this was deep beneath Hoover Dam, countless meters underground. Given the cube's immense size, it clearly could not have been transported here from elsewhere like the frozen Megatron.
A glint flashed through Chen Mo's eyes as he looked at the enormous cube.
This was the supreme treasure the Decepticons had been searching for, the AllSpark from Cybertron!
It could also be called the most valuable thing in this world to Chen Mo!
