Two weeks after Shaya sent Gild Tesoro and Stella to the CP training camp for special training, he finally received a call from Dorothy.
"Den Den Mushi, Den Den Mushi..."
"Click!"
As Shaya answered the Den Den Mushi, the snail with short hair, resolute eyes, and a temperament over ninety percent similar to Dorothy's finally spoke. "Dear Shaya, this is Commodore Dorothy! Everything unfolded exactly as you predicted. Following your arrangements, we successfully tracked down an archaeologists' ship! Based on comparisons of the archaeologists' clothing and identities aboard, they are highly likely to be from Ohara! Just as the Government suspected, the scholars gathered in Ohara conducted unauthorized research into the Void Century without the Government's permission."

"The moment you take up weapons, you are no longer scholars—you are pirates!"
Shaya shook his head upon hearing that. Since they had taken up weapons to resist, they could hardly blame anyone for being killed by soldiers in battle.
"Has this been reported?"
Shaya asked Dorothy.
"Following your instructions, it has not yet been reported..."
Dorothy answered.
"Keep an eye on that white-haired archaeologist. I'll go there
