Shaya retains the “Omniscient and Omnipotent System,” a cheat he created in a previous life. Its defining function links every attribute to the highest one, allowing improvement in a single field—especially Knowledge—to raise his overall abilities. He initially treats Intelligence, Talent, Haki, Skill, and Knowledge as the System’s most valuable categories. 2

Rather than follow the usual indulgences of the Holy Land’s nobles, Shaya begins visiting Pangaea Castle’s massive library daily. A year of near-exclusive study raises every attribute to level 6 and establishes his public image as the Figarland heir obsessed with knowledge.
