"Yeah, I spent some time with Sherlock Holmes in a previous instance," Zhang Heng explained as he started the car.
"How long could it have been, two months? And you managed to learn his signature deductive reasoning?" Shen Xixi asked.
"Actually... a little longer than two months."
"That's still impressive," Shen Xixi praised. "Looks like 1810 picked the right person this time."
"...I'll do my best." Zhang Heng drove out of the parking lot, then added, "There's still some time. Do you want to go back to school?"
"No." Shen Xixi shook her head. "There's nothing for me to do there anyway. Yogurt has been missing for over a week now. The sooner we find her, the better. What about you, great detective? Got any leads?"
"Yeah," Zhang Heng said. "If we want to find the person hiding behind the scenes, we first have to accept the rules of his game. Do you remember that Sphinx from before?"
"Of course."
"Though it was a fake, its behavior had consistently imitated the Sphinx from Greek Mythology. In the surveillance footage 1810 showed me, those four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles also went into the sewers after crossing the intersection. Aside from Dumbledore acting out of character later on, the other characters had basically tried to stay true to their originals. That suggests that whoever created them had programmed them to imitate their original versions as closely as possible."
"Ha, that's true." Shen Xixi thought it over. "We can use that to find them."
"More accurately, make them find us," Zhang Heng said. "Their movements have been unpredictable, but we know the area where they often appear, and we know their behavioral patterns. Maybe we can lure them out."
