"Beep~~~"
"Superman Griseo, open your eyes. I am Shafuri..."
As Zhang Wei operated the controls, the sleeping pod's hatch opened. Griseo was startled awake, and Zhang Wei raised his left hand and spoke that classic line.
"???"
Griseo was full of question marks. Since when had she become Superman, and who was Shafuri? Looking at the three unfamiliar people before her, she was thoroughly confused, but she slowly stepped out anyway.
Zhang Wei could not help taking a few extra looks at Griseo's bare, delicate little feet. They were clad in white stockings as they stepped on the ground, and their quality had reached food-grade standards, safe for consumption.
He had already decided that Griseo would be the next one to board the Hyperion.
"Are you looking at my feet? They look a lot like Cosmo's!" Griseo followed Zhang Wei's gaze to her own delicate feet. She was not particularly embarrassed; instead, she looked a little adorably dazed, which did not quite match the armor plating over her chest.
Cosmo, you bastard—just how long had you been staring for Griseo to get used to it?!
Calling everything "jade" would only ruin you. You couldn't handle it.
Zhang Wei's old face reddened. Having his little move noticed by a stranger he had just met was rather embarrassing.
Mei: "..."
Kiana: "..."
The two were speechless. They both turned away, pretending not to know Zhang Wei. This was far too embarrassing.
Yet when they recalled their intimate encounters with Zhang Wei, their pretty faces heated up as well. Zhang Wei might have had a particular foot fetish; he often discussed having them wear all kinds of stockings, then made the perverted request that they step on him.
And Griseo's delicate feet undoubtedly struck right at Zhang Wei's preferences. Especially with some paint staining the white stockings, they looked even more delectable and pleasing to the eye.
"Red-haired big brother, the colors on your body are so complicated. But why does yellow make up such a large proportion?" Griseo tilted her head. Her voice was ethereal and carried a hint of confusion. Innocent as she was, the Flame-Chasers had protected her too well. Even the records and videos Vill-V had uploaded into Project Ark contained nothing 18+.
She could tell from someone's colors whether they bore her ill will, which was why she was not so guarded now.
Zhang Wei: "(⊙▽⊙)"
It was over. Zhang Wei could barely maintain his expression. He had not expected Griseo to be this capable, seeing through his lecherous nature at once.
Kiana: "(→_→)"
Mei: "(→_→)"
The two women did not want to say anything. Unlike Griseo, they were not so innocent and naturally knew what yellow represented. Kiana in particular often had dirty thoughts in her head.
"Ahem!" Zhang Wei coughed lightly, deciding to change the subject before all his dignity disappeared. "Griseo, take a look at what colors these two big sisters are."
Kiana and Mei frowned. Well, well, Captain—he was actually redirecting the trouble toward them. Still, neither said anything. They were curious about their own colors too.
"The colors on these two big sisters are as complicated as the red-haired big brother's. Purple, blue... they aren't a single color.
"But they are very warm, so I know you are good people!" Griseo gave all three of them good-person cards.
The three nodded. They had experienced many things. Even if they had retained their original hearts, they were no longer who they had once been.
"So, who are you?" Griseo asked. After so many years, she was still happy to see humans again.
She had clearly never met Zhang Wei, yet Griseo felt as if she had known him for a long time—a sense of familiarity.
"I'm Zhang Wei, Captain of the Hyperion." Zhang Wei felt a little regretful. If the person before him had been little Griseo, he could have rubbed her little head.
"Captain big brother!" Griseo chose that form of address. It was familiar to her and felt especially affectionate to say.
"Hello, Griseo. You can call me Big Sister Kiana!" Kiana, friendly as ever, took Griseo's hand. That warmth instantly rubbed off on Griseo.
"Big Sister Kiana!"
"Little Griseo, just call me Big Sister Mei. I'll make you something delicious in a while," Mei said gently. She liked Griseo too, perhaps because watching Honkai Impact 3rd had made her empathize with her.
"Big Sister Mei!"
"Drip!"
Griseo's eyes immediately reddened. Little pearls slid down her cheeks and fell to the floor. Even though she was a Fusion Warrior, even though she was one of the Flame-Chasers, she was still a little girl. Sailing alone through the lonely universe without going mad already proved the strength of her will.
Though the three were strangers to her, the colors on them told Griseo of their goodwill. For a moment, she could not control her emotions.
"I'm sorry, please don't mind me!" Griseo wiped away her tears and apologized to the three of them.
Zhang Wei sighed and shook his head, but he still reached out and rubbed Griseo's head. "You don't need to apologize. You'll feel much better if you cry it out. You won't have to face that kind of loneliness again."
"That's right, I've got your back from now on!" Kiana handed Griseo a tissue and patted her chest.
She was the Herrscher of Finality. Even if Kevin, who was eating noodles in the Sea of Quantum, came up here, he would not be her match.
"Thank you!" Griseo broke into a smile and wiped her tears with the tissue. Aside from painting, this was the happiest moment she had ever had.
"Come with us. You don't need to carry out Project Ark anymore. Your Captain will take you traveling!" Zhang Wei planned to in(vite)(dupe) Griseo aboard the Hyperion, bringing them one step closer to ten people.
"But Honkai..." Griseo hesitated. Burdened with Project Ark and its mission to spread the seeds of life, she did not want to disappoint Aponia and the others.
"What is Honkai?" The Captain puffed out his chest and said proudly, "This Captain has already dealt with even more hellish Honkai in other worlds. The Honkai here will be a piece of cake!"
"Your Big Sister Kiana is the Herrscher of Finality—she's even stronger than the Finality you all knew!" (P.S.: Finality Kiana from Honkai Impact 3rd can destroy stars. In this story, Finality Kiana from Guns Girl Z is stronger than the one from Honkai Impact 3rd.)
Kiana smiled, and her casual clothes transformed. Gorgeous robes of gold and violet interwove around her, her blue eyes turning a brilliant golden color. A golden crown representing Finality rested upon her head. Simply standing there, she radiated incomparable pressure.
The skin from her hands to her forearms was dyed a profound violet, as deep as the Starry Sky. Golden patterns upon it gleamed brilliantly, as though they contained the truth of countless worlds.
If Kiana before had been a mortal, then Kiana in her Finality form was like a goddess. Zhang Wei knew clearly that when Kiana entered her Finality form, her aura became more indifferent, but her reason was not affected in the slightest; she was even calmer. This was not even Kiana at her strongest. When she fully unleashed her Honkai Energy, everything around her would melt away.
At her level, individual authorities no longer mattered. She herself was powerful enough.
"Finality..."
