Arc 73The Gods’ Chessboard

Lu PingAn discovered the worlds beyond the Surface World and entered the Afterlife World, where he became a New God and began building a pantheon and army. After defeating a rival god, he prepared for the War Games and created the Hero profession for his warriors.

  • Lu PingAn learned from an ancient dragon that the Surface World was a pasture, the Afterlife World a deadly arena, and the Heavenly World a destination for victorious warriors, then decided to explore the realm of the dead.
  • Lu PingAn used a Wish to kill himself and the Life Courtyard temporarily, then awakened with his companions in the Life Woodland and began exploring the land of souls.
  • Lu PingAn accepted the World's Will’s invitation to become a Chess Player, died for real, and emerged as a New God with his God's Ark transformed into his kingdom.

Arc 74The City of Silver

Lu PingAn built his Orc nation into a military and divine power, defeating the Spider Gods and expanding his pantheon, professions, and trade network. As Earth’s gods entered the world and warnings emerged about the Heavenly World, he prepared his faction for larger dangers while seeking new opportunities in distant lands.

  • Lu PingAn advanced the Hero profession, Xue En became a Tier 7 Rule-level Hero, and the Orcs adopted the profession as their strength and population grew.
  • Lu PingAn’s army defeated the invading Spider Gods after he armed his troops, turned the Orcs against their gods, and summoned the Burning Legion.

Arc 75The World Comes Apart

As the world’s collapse opened it to invaders and war, Lu PingAn expanded his Courtyard, cultivated new races, and gathered followers while avoiding any commitment to save the world. By the end, his faction had grown into a powerful pantheon, but another pantheon had declared war on it.

  • Lu PingAn learned that the multiverse’s disasters made the world’s stability temporary, so he ordered his allies to grow their strength before the sky and world split apart.
  • The Great Rift tore through all three planes, and a God Above Gods appeared as countless multiversal newborns emerged.
  • Lu PingAn’s forces entered the Plane War after nearby factions rejected mediation and plundered his caravans, then defeated their allied army and claimed new territories.

Arc 76The Ark of Redemption

Lu PingAn saved tens of thousands from the collapsing Underground World and brought the Ark to the Surface World, where he began absorbing land and organizing rescues. As kingdoms fell and invaders spread, he built alliances and mobilized heroes, rebels, and refugees while expanding the Courtyard into a growing refuge.

  • Lu PingAn activated the Ark Plan as the Underground World broke apart, expanded his Courtyard, and raised the City of Silver as an Ark while Lamp Trees called survivors to him.
  • Lu PingAn recruited Zeta Duna and other gods, defended the Ark against attackers, and kept gathering refugees as his companions fought across the floating city.
  • Lu PingAn led the Ark through the void to the Surface World, merged it with the earth, and planted Lamp Trees to extend his reach across the land.
