Background

Hong led the Limit Martial Hall and recognized Shen Mu as an extraordinary Mentalist shortly after Shen Mu’s talent became known. During their first meeting, Hong assessed Shen Mu’s consciousness, praised it as no weaker than that of a Planet-Level Mentalist, and offered the martial hall’s resources without charge.
