The grand and magnificent headquarters of Lin En's Divine Cult, even more imposing than the imperial palace. The Lightning-element midgod bishop Pelakos, the two deputy bishops Desman and Narcissa Harrington, and the guardian divine beast Baxia—three people and one beast—were discussing matters.

Pelakos wore a somewhat grave expression. Though he was a midgod, he had become one by refining a Divine Spark. The three other major powers on the continent each had midgods who had become gods through their own cultivation, so they were certainly stronger than him.

If not for Baxia's assistance, they would have been the weakest of the four great midgod powers on the Orlando Continent.

"I wonder where those gods came from!" Pelakos sighed. "More than half the faith across the Orlando Plane has been taken from us. We have let Lynn down."

They had all become gods by refining Divine Sparks and had no need for Faith Power, but Lynn was adventuring in the Supreme Planes, where Faith Power could help him cultivate faster.

"I think..." Desman was about to say something.

But his gaze caught a familiar figure standing behind Pelakos, who was seated directly opposite him, smiling. An incredulous look appeared on his face. "Lynn?"

Lynn nodded with a smile. "It's me. Father, Mother, Teacher, I'm back from Hell!"

Seeing Lynn return from Hell, the three were naturally overjoyed and pulled him aside to ask him all sorts of questions. When Lynn led them out of the church and introduced the gods who had submitted to him, they were even more shocked.
