As the sky began to brighten in the early morning, Xiang Tian arrived on foot. Looking around, Xiang Tian remained highly vigilant.

Cheng Ruyu spotted him from afar and immediately sprang out, dark circles beneath his eyes.

"Is that you?"

Cheng Ruyu sounded extremely anxious.

Seeing him appear, Xiang Tian cupped his fists. "Clan Chief!"

Cheng Ruyu nodded. "Good. This is not the place to talk. Please come with me."

Before him, a blind old man knelt on one knee.
