Fire Moth & Kamen Rider OOO VS Bird-Type Greeed

A tremendous amount of Honkai Energy surged into Knight's Judgment, mutating the blade's form. The sword lengthened and enlarged, becoming even more destructive. (P.S.: Jie Mie was just recolored.)

The thrusters mounted on the armor spat sparks, propelling the knight before the monster in an instant. The bird-type Greeed spread its wings and fired another barrage of feather blades. The Gem of Conquest's power was fully unleashed, and the knight became a streak of purple light, dodging every single feather.

Xing was astonished by the form's speed. "So fast! Then take this!"

The powers of flame and lightning gathered upon the blade. Sensing the might of the knight's next attack, the bird-type Greeed beat its wings and rapidly retreated.

"Don't think you can run!" Amid the roar of all four, the knight swung the greatsword. There was no technique to it—only a strike charged with pure energy.

The fiery, lightning-wreathed slash surged forward with unstoppable momentum, striking the bird-type Greeed dead-on. It used all its strength to block the attack, but was ultimately swallowed by electric light.

Kiana looked on expectantly. "Did we win?"

Bronya said, "Who cares whether it's dead? There's no harm in finishing it off! Xing! Activate riding mode—we're gonna ram it to death!"

Fire + lightning = Overload. The resulting explosion engulfed the entire street, yet the monster's silhouette remained clear amid the sparks filling the sky.

"Just as expected, it wouldn't be that easy. But that wasn't my objective." Xing pressed the button on Knight's Judgment's hilt.

The weapon issued a prompt: "Final finisher confirmed. Kiana Kaslana!"

The lightning cape transformed into wings, and the knight flew into the sky. The giant sword split apart down the middle, revealing a thick cannon barrel as crimson energy continuously surged from within.

The energy blasting from the barrel was not meant to be fired. Instead, it formed an even larger blade around the sword. Kiana took control of the body and brought the massive sword down upon the ground.

"Kaslana Final Slash!" The energy greatsword carved a deep fissure into the earth.

Whether it hit or not didn't matter. There was no way an area-of-effect attack could miss.

"Final finisher confirmed. Raiden Mei!"

Knight's Judgment reverted to its dual-pistol mode, but blades extended from the muzzles. Mei took control of the body and wielded the two katanas, diving toward the ground like a bolt of lightning.

Before the bird-type Greeed could react, Mei rushed before it. Her katanas slashed an unknown number of times in a single instant. When the raging current finally subsided, the knight had passed through the monster and stood motionless behind it, swords sheathed. Moments later, countless purple cracks appeared across the bird-type Greeed's body. The Lightning of Conquest erupted within it, dealing it a devastating blow.

"Final finisher confirmed. Bronya Zaychik!"

The knight and Heavy-Duty Rabbit flew into the air. Knight's Judgment returned to greatsword mode, and the cannon on its blade, along with Heavy-Duty Rabbit's weapon systems, aimed at the enemy below as it prepared to attack.

Charred black and continuously shedding ordinary Medals, the bird-type Greeed suddenly spread its still-glorious wings. Flames even fiercer than before burned in its hands, but just as it was about to unleash its attack, three yellow tiger claws pierced through its abdomen.

The bird-type Greeed's body stiffened, and the power it had gathered instantly dispersed.

Eiji pulled out the claws, dragging out two crimson Core Medals. "Miss K's plan worked! But where did she go? And who's that knight flying up there? Ah, whatever. Better get out of here first." Eiji activated Batta's power in his legs. The grasshopper's jumping ability sent him soaring away from the bird-type Greeed, which was about to be bombarded.

Two thick laser beams engulfed the bird-type Greeed. Their power was no weaker than White Knight: Moonlight's Gungnir from before. But that wasn't all. Although the bird-type Greeed endured the barrage and remained standing, Bronya, eager to get back to racing, drove the heavy motorcycle—Heavy-Duty Rabbit 19C—straight into it, smashing it into a distant building.

Before the building collapsed, the knight reversed out in time. Looking at the ground buried beneath the rubble, Kiana finally relaxed. "It has to be dead this time, right?"

Surging flames suddenly blew apart the rubble. The bird-type Greeed no longer possessed its former splendor; both wings had become tattered and ragged. Engulfed in fire, it looked just like a phoenix from myth.

Leaping into the air, Eiji replaced the Tora and Batta Medals in his belt with the newly acquired Kujaku and Condor. The three same-series Core Medals resonated with one another. Eiji scanned them again, switching into his favorite bird combo.

"Taka! Kujaku! Condor! Ta-Ja-Dol!" The passionate transformation jingle sounded. Kamen Rider OOO was covered in flames, and a complete phoenix emblem appeared on the disk over his chest. His overall appearance became domineering and magnificent. Crimson wings unfolded from his back, and Eiji felt better than ever. It would have been even better if he were here too...

Xing flew over to him. "Mr. Eiji, let's finish it together."

"Sure! Oh, right—who are you? Where's Miss K?"

Xing choked for a moment. "She had something to do and left first. She asked me to assist you."

Eiji did not grow suspicious. He removed the disk and scanned the three Core Medals again. "Energy Charge!"

Xing pressed the button on the sword hilt as well. "Final finisher confirmed. Xing, Fire Moth!"

Eiji launched himself into a flying kick, passing through three red rings. The armor on his leg opened its claws as he charged furiously toward the bird-type Greeed, which was gathering energy below. "Die! You counterfeit!"

The greatsword separated into dual pistols and mounted themselves on his back, transforming into Light Wings—Deploy. Behind him, Heavy-Duty Rabbit pushed its thrusters to maximum output and launched him like a shell. Xing adopted the same Rider Kick pose and charged at the enemy with unwavering conviction.

Scorching flames burned against both their bodies, but could not slow them in the slightest. Two Rider Kicks carrying immense energy struck the already exhausted bird-type Greeed at the same time.

The monster desperately resisted the violent impact, using its last strength to keep itself standing. The two Riders passed through it and landed steadily on the ground. After remaining frozen for several seconds, the bird-type Greeed's body suddenly exploded. Six red Core Medals and countless ordinary Medals scattered everywhere, while the Taka Medal containing the bird-type Greeed's consciousness slowly shattered.

Eiji hurriedly took flight, retrieving the remaining five Core Medals and scooping up a handful of ordinary Medals. "With these, I might be able to revive Ankh!" He recalled a past battle. Their enemy had copied the Core Medals and created a fake Ankh. When Ankh's shattered Medal fragments accidentally merged into that body, he had actually been revived for a short time.

This time, it should work too. Eiji released his transformation, and the fatigue brought by the combo washed over him. Yet he was happy, because there was a good chance he could see that person again.

Xing released Bonded Weaponry, and motes of four-colored light scattered away. The little boy looked around in confusion. Just as he wondered where the girls had gone, he suddenly realized that a huge shadow had enveloped him.

"Bang!" Kiana was the first to crash onto his head, followed by Mei, and then Bronya.

Xing, who had nearly been crushed to death, said, "Is this what happens when you fly too high during transformation?!"

After finally freeing himself, Xing activated Honkai Vision, intending to help Eiji continue searching for Ankh's Medal. Then he saw the faint red glow on Kiana's body. "Hey, Kiana, did you pick something up?"

The white-haired girl took out the shattered Medal as if claiming credit. "Here, I found it. So? Is it something really important?" After saying that, she proudly shot Bronya a glance.

Xing called over Eiji, who was holding a pile of Medals in his arms. "Mr. Eiji!"

The moment Eiji saw the Medal in Kiana's hand, he became so emotional he was nearly in tears. "Ankh! That's great, we finally found it!"

As though they had resonated, the two dim fragments in Kiana's hand began to glow red. Together with the five Medals in Eiji's arms and the three in his belt, they drew in the surrounding ordinary Medals and gathered into a humanoid form.

Tears welled in Eiji's eyes as he stared excitedly at the gathering Medals. Ankh, he could finally see him again!

Just as the humanoid form was about to fully take shape, the two fragments suddenly lost their glow. All the Medals fell to the ground, and Eiji's burning hope was instantly doused by a bucket of cold water.

Silently picking up the shattered Medal fragments, Eiji put away the other eight Medals along with some ordinary ones. "Sorry. Please lend me these Medals for the time being."

Kiana noticed his low spirits. "What's wrong, Uncle?"

Eiji shook his head, feeling as though he had been struck by another arrow. Was he really old enough to be called Uncle? "Nothing."

Xing suddenly remembered something and slapped his forehead. "Where's Wendy? That intense battle just now didn't affect her, did it?"

Honkai Vision activated. Xing caught the Gem of Desire's energy and eventually arrived at a collapsed building. His heart sank at once.

He called out tentatively, "Wendy?"

A girl's weak breathing came from the ruins. "Brother Xing, is that you?"

Xing lifted the massive slab of stone with his bare hands, revealing Wendy trapped beneath it. Fortunately, she had not been buried under the rubble. Several fallen slabs had formed a gap that happened to shield her inside.

Xing let out a sigh of relief and carried Wendy, who had curled up in the corner, out of the ruins. "I'm sorry. It was my fault. I should have taken you somewhere safe before fighting."

Wendy shook her head. "It's okay." A faint smile appeared on her face. "It's not your fault. I saw your battle. That form of yours could rival an S-Rank Valkyrie, right? It was really powerful."

Xing felt deeply guilty. "Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere?"

Wendy blinked. "I'm fine. Just some superficial injuries. It's just that the exoskeleton armor Bronya made for me got accidentally damaged."

"It's fine. She can make another one later. Um, I'll take Wendy to the shelter first, then come back for you guys." Xing quickly left with Wendy in his arms.

Kiana's group and Eiji: "..." Had he just abandoned them?

Three minutes later, a girl in a white formal dress flew over while standing on a cross. "Um, Xing has something to take care of and can't come, so I'll take you over."

Eiji greeted her warmly. "Miss K!"

Other than Bronya, the three from Fire Moth all wore expressions of wanting to laugh but holding it in.
